Passes can be purchased at any Minnesota DNR Electronic Licensing System agent or at state parks with horse trails.

An annual Horse Pass allows trail use on all State horse trail throughout the calendar year.

Funds received frrom HorsePass Sales go directly into maintaining the trails and facilities used by equestrians. In years ahead, you will see improvements to the trails and facilities Glacial Lakes State Park and throughout the state from this dedicated fund.

Why a Horse Pass? Equestrians from throughout the state requested the MN Legislature establish the pass to help provide funding for trail and facility maintenance. The legislation was enacted in 2006 and became effective on January 1, 2007
